Here's What We Know

This was reported by the organisation's official social media page. 19,165 individuals and companies took part in the collection. The money was collected for two and a half months.

The volunteers will buy the Czech multiple rocket launcher RM-70, as well as 365 rockets for $2 300,000. Weapon deliveries will begin in the coming weeks.

Flashback

The RM-70 is a 122mm multiple rocket launcher system developed in Czechoslovakia. It was produced from 1971-89. It was adopted in armament in 1972. The range of the system is up to 20 km. RM-70 is an analogue of the Grad MLRS. By the way, AFU already uses these systems at the front against Russian invaders.
