Samsung's old flagships Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ receive May security update

Samsung has released a software update for two of its older flagship smartphones. The models in question are from the Galaxy Note 10 family.

Here's What We Know

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ were announced back in 2019 and appeared to be the penultimate members of the legendary Note series. A year later, with the release of the Galaxy Note 20, the range closed.

The company recently released a software update for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+. The update brought a security patch for May 2023 and fixed more than 70 previously discovered vulnerabilities.

The firmware is available in the US and some Latin American countries. The update number for the US market is N97xUSQU7HWE1. Meanwhile, the N97xFXXS8HWE6 update is available in Trinidad and Tobago, Guatemala, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Peru.
