Samsung begins selling OLED TVs in India for the first time - S90C and S95C series announced, priced from $2060

South Korean technology giant Samsung has started selling OLED TVs in India for the first time. The S90C and S95C models appeared on the Indian market.

Here's What We Know

All the TVs are equipped with OLED screens with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10, HDR10+, HLG, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro support. Dolby Vision, on the other hand, is missing. HDMI 2.1, USB-A, RJ-45, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and Apple AirPlay / Miracast support are on board.

All TVs run on the Tizen operating system. The S90C series has 40W stereo speakers. The S95C range has 70W stereo speakers.

The TVs in India start at $2,060. In the US, the S90C series is priced at $1800-3600 and the S95C at $2500-4500. Available sizes are 55", 65" and 77".
