OpenAI releases update for ChatGPT app on iPad
OpenAI has released an update for the ChatGPT application designed specifically for the iPad. The updated version will take full advantage of the tablet's large screen: in particular, the application will now work in full screen mode, rather than simply scaling from the size of an iPhone. This means that iPad users now have more space to communicate with ChatGPT.
The app's interface and functionality remain largely unchanged, but the new version adds drag-and-drop support, which allows users to easily move messages from the chat interface to other apps or applications.
The update also includes the ability to use Siri to call ChatGPT and integration with Apple shortcuts. With these features, users will be able to create shortcuts that activate ChatGPT and easily start new chats directly from the home screen or as part of automated workflows on Apple devices.
