Microsoft reveals black Xbox Series S with 1TB of storage for $349

The Xbox Game Showcase was not without hardware, as Microsoft showed off a 1TB charcoal black version of the Xbox Series S:

The initial 512GB version of the Xbox Series S cost $299 at launch, so the increase to 1TB makes sense, especially since the Xbox One S also had this version. Microsoft's $349 price tag means you're only paying an extra $50 for double the storage.

The black 1TB version of the Xbox Series S is scheduled to launch on 1 September this year. Pre-orders are already available.
