Warner Bros. Games has announced the planned stress testing of Mortal Kombat 1 servers. It is scheduled to start on 23 June at 18:00 CET and will last until 26 June inclusive.
Here's What We Know
To participate in the testing, you must reside in North America, Latin America, Brazil, or Europe and register on the WB Games website. Invitations will be issued randomly until 21 June. The test will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series only.
The stress test will support 1 vs 1 online multiplayer and a limited single-player Classic Towers mode with AI opponents:
"The goal is to intentionally strain our online infrastructure and identify potential issues before the game is released," Warner said in the FAQ section.
Players who pre-order the game for the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series will have access to the game's beta test, scheduled for August.
