Google launches Pixel ad campaign with lots of iPhone trolling (video)
Today Google launched a humorous "BestPhonesForever" ad campaign showing the benefits of Pixel smartphones. But Google wouldn't be Google if it didn't poke fun at its competitor, the iPhone.
So, in the first video, the iPhone is portrayed as an outdated smartphone that can't compete with younger models. The iPhone laments that it's 14 years old and can't keep up with Pixel features such as 30x zoom, astrophotography and artificial intelligence. And at the end, the iPhone "dies" as the battery runs out.
In the second video, the smartphone looks at the stars, and the iPhone complains that it can't take as high-quality pictures of the night sky as the Pixel with its astrophotography mode.
The third clip touches on the issue of privacy in public Wi-Fi. "" I’m freaking out! Quick, get off the public Wi-Fi. There are… hackers, in this place"There are..." I’m freaking out! Quick, get off the public Wi-Fi. There are… hackers, in this place"," the iPhone says dramatically. The Pixel, meanwhile, has a built-in VPN that keeps it secure.
In the fourth video, the Pixel uses a Qi-based charger to recharge the iPhone's dead battery.
The final episode shows the foldable Pixel Fold, which makes the iPhone faint. After all, Apple still doesn't have a foldable device in its range.
