The update has been released with the name macOS Ventura 13.4.1. The system was announced a month after the macOS Ventura 13.4 release.

As you can tell from the build number, this is an interim firmware. The developers have fixed bugs in the system, as well as several serious vulnerabilities that could have been exploited by hackers.
