Czech studio Bohemia Interactive may be working on DayZ sequel - Microsoft documents indicate

Journalists continue to examine internal Microsoft documents submitted in litigation with the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC).

This time, experts have focused on Bohemia Interactive, a Czech studio, whose acquisition was potentially considered by the U.S. corporation.

Document for 2021 indicates that the studio is working on three projects, two of which were reported by the developers - Arma Reforged (aka Arma Reforger) and Arma 4. But the third game, the unannounced sequel to the once-popular online survival simulator DayZ, generated more interest.

Bohemia Interactive has never hinted at the development of such a project, and given that the said document is over two years old, it becomes unclear whether this game is still in development.
