Two 120Hz AMOLED displays, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and 67W charging: Insider reveals OnePlus Fold specs
Insider OnLeaks revealed what the first foldable OnePlus smartphone will look like a week ago, and has now published detailed specs of the new product.
Here's What We Know
So, the smartphone will be equipped with two displays: the main one with a 7.8-inch diagonal and 2K resolution, as well as an additional one at 6.3 inches. Both panels will have an AMOLED matrix with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The OnePlus Fold should be powered by a top-of-the-line Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The gadget will be powered by a 4,800mAh battery. It will get 67W charging support. As for the cameras, there will be four in the novelty: a triple 48 MP + 48 MP + 64 MP main camera and a single 32 MP front-facing one. The smartphone will also get a proprietary sound mode switch, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and the Android 13 operating system with Oxygen OS 13.1 shell.
When We Can Expect It
The OnePlus Fold will be unveiled in August. The novelty will compete with the Samsung Galaxy Fold 5, Google Pixel Fold and other similar devices.
