The startup's competitors include Copysmith, Copy.ai, Movio, Omneky, Regie.ai, and Sellscale. They also use generative AI technologies to create images, videos, and texts for marketing purposes.

In February 2023, Typeface raised $65 million. The leading investors were Lightspeed Venture Partners, Google Ventures, M12, and Menlo Ventures. The startup is currently valued at $1 billion.
