Ukrainian anti-aircraft gunner destroys Russian Su-25 attack aircraft with Igla man-portable air defence system

The Ukrainian Defence Forces have hit another Russian aircraft. The new target was an Su-25 attack aircraft (NATO classification: Frogfoot).
Here's What We Know
The plane was destroyed by a soldier of the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade "Edelweiss" of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was using an Igla man-portable surface-to-air missile system. According to Oryx, the Russian army has lost at least 25 Su-25s in 16 months.
The attack aircraft made its first flight almost 50 years ago and was put into service in 1981. The Su-25 has a cruising speed of 750km/h and a practical ceiling of 7km. The aircraft can carry guided or unguided missiles and high-explosive aerial bombs.
