Who's right? Microsoft lawyer names new release date for The Elder Scrolls VI, at odds with what Phil Spencer says

Xbox head Phil Spencer recently said that the sixth installment of The Elder Scrolls will not be released until 2028. But during one of the court hearings in the FTC's case against Microsoft, a different piece of information came out.
Here's What We Know
Microsoft's lawyer tried to correct the FTC representative, but embarrassed himself. He not only called the new The Elder Scrolls game the sixteenth part (instead of the sixth), but also said that it will be released in 2026.
We don't know how much this information corresponds to reality, but Spencer's words sound more confident, because he is clearly aware of all the affairs of his studios, unlike the lawyer, who probably only recently heard such a title for the first time.
