It looks like it's true! Another reputable insider has confirmed that Ubisoft is starting to develop an Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag remake
A couple of days ago, gaming portals reported news that many took to be fake.
Here's What We Know
Kotaku editor Ethan Gach revealed that Ubisoft is starting to develop the remake of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (2013).
This news surprised the gamers and made them skeptical, because for several years the fans of Assassin's Creed series have been waiting for the remake of the first part, but not the Black Flag.
However, reputable insider Tom Henderson, whose information is rarely wrong, confirmed that Ubisoft is indeed developing the Black Flag remake, but no specific details he can give, because the project is in the very early stages of development.
From the author: It's safe to assume that Ubisoft want to make the most of the long-suffering online game Skull and Bones, which was originally created as an online version of Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag. Perhaps, desperate to bring Skull and Bones to an acceptable condition, the developers will try to use the available materials to improve one of the most successful parts of Assassin's Creed.
