Spectre character with the new Awakening system in DNF Duel will be released on 12 July

The first expansion pack with the Spectre character for DNF Duel was announced back in December last year, and now we have the exact release date - 12 July. It will be available on all platforms as part of the upcoming Season Pass.

Here's What We Know

The Season Pass includes four more characters, the next one will appear in autumn 2023. The third DLC character will be released with a new stage in the winter of 2023, and the fourth and fifth are scheduled for 2024. Along with Spectre, the developers are also adding two new systems - Indomitable Spirit and Cube Select - which together form Awakening.

Awakening is activated when a character's health drops below 30 per cent, unlocking new effects and skills. You can activate it when your health is below 50 per cent, but its power will be lower.

DNF Duel is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, and Nintendo Switch.
