Half-Life and Portal-inspired shooter Vertigo 2 to be released on PlayStation VR 2

PlayStation VR 2 owners will soon have the opportunity to play one of the most popular virtual shooters of 2023 - Vertigo 2, which was announced during the Perp Games VR summer demo on 14 July.

Here's What We Know

According to UploadVR, both digital and physical copies of the game are being prepared. The project is described as an "exciting single-player first-person shooter with a focus on story, spectacle, and tactile virtual reality gameplay". The game has already received recognition from PC gamers when Vertigo 2 was released on Steam in late March, where it received a "Very Positive" rating based on more than a thousand reviews.

The gameplay of Vertigo 2 is heavily inspired by classic Valve games such as Portal and Half-Life. The storyline campaign consists of 18 levels, where the player will face many alien enemies and powerful bosses. Players will also have the opportunity to create their own levels thanks to the built-in level editor.

Vertigo 2 release date for PSVR2 is unknown.
