Surprisingly, Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon will take up significantly less space on the PS5 than on the PS4

Yesterday we published system requirements for PC-version of Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.

Now we offer to read the information about how much free space the FromSoftware game will take on PS4 and PS5 consoles.

Here's What We Know

According to information published by the PlayStation Game Size team, Armored Core VI on PS5 will require only 43.3GB.

Interestingly, the PS4 version of Armored Core VI takes up more space at 55.7GB. This is probably due to the fact that the last generation console uses a different file compression technology.

But both this and that figure are much less requirements than other modern projects.

When We Can Expect It

Armored Core VI will release on 25 August on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series and Xbox One.

The game's preload will launch on 23 August.
