While fighting game fans are waiting for Tekken 8 release date to be announced, a hint has been found online that two classic games of the genre will be released on current platforms.

The Taiwanese Certification Commission has given a new age rating to the fighting games Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny.

This usually happens with older games when the developer plans to release them on modern devices. In the case of Tekken 6 and Soulcalibur: Broken Destiny, mention of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions have been revealed.

Perhaps the announcement of ports, or maybe remasters of these fighting games will be announced soon.

By the way, they could be part of a selection of the catalogue of classic games for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.
