Aaron Taylor-Johnson has admitted that he didn't care for Avengers and Godzilla
The star of the upcoming "Kraven the Hunter" film from Sony Studios' Spider-Man universe, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, hasn't always shown a passion for the franchises, writes Gamesradar. Despite his previous experience in the Marvel world in Avengers: Age of Ultron, the actor admitted that he "wasn't particularly interested" in those projects.
What he revealed
"There was Kick-Ass, and then there was Godzilla and Avengers, and all those things lined up for me. But I didn’t really care for them"
Aaron Taylor-Johnson's breakthrough was the superhero satire Kick-Ass in 2010, before playing a US Navy officer in 2014's Godzilla and Pietro Maximoff, the twin brother of Wanda (also known as Black Widow (Scarlet Witch)), in 2015's Avengers: Age of Ultron. However, on his path to Hollywood fame, having children with the actor made a difference.
"I wanted, purely, to be with my babies. I didn’t want to be taken away from them. I battled with what that would be like." like," the actor revealed. "I would say I was probably not ready to be in that position anyway – it was too early," he added. "But yeah, I also slightly didn’t give a fuck"
