Apple announced the seventh beta of watchOS 10 for Apple Watch

Following iOS 17 Beta 7 and macOS 14 Sonoma Beta 6, Apple developers have also released a new watchOS 10 test firmware.

This is already the seventh beta version of the system. The firmware can already be installed by users with a developer account. For all comers, the system will be released a little later. As for the stable version of the firmware, it should be released in September.
