Qualcomm officially confirmed the output of Snapdragon 845 chip, but did not say anything else

At the Snapdragon Technology Summit, Qualcomm announced the flagship Snapdragon 845 processor - the novelty will not only appear in top-end smartphones, but also in notebooks on Windows 10.

The presentation was not informative - the company representatives just confirmed the output of the single-chip system and officially approved the name Snapdragon 845. In addition, it became known that Qualcomm and Samsung began to cooperate even more and together they are engaged in the development and creation of a new 10-nm chip. When this presentation of the top-end single-chip system takes place it is not yet known, but most likely it will happen at the January exhibition CES 2018.

What is known

According to rumors, Snapdragon 845 chip is made on 10-nanometer process technology, it is equipped with cellular XE LTE modem (maximum speed is 1.2 Gbit / s).
