Unannounced smartphone Sharp FS8018 seen in Geekbench

In the database of popular benchmark Geekbench appeared unapplied smartphone company Sharp with model number FS8018.

What was told

Sharp FS8018 scored 961 points in the single-core test, and 5215 points in the multi-core test. The device was equipped with a single-chip system Qualcomm Snapdragon 630, 6 gigabytes of RAM and Android 7.1.1. The price and release date of the device is still unknown.

What to expect

Representatives of Sharp said that they are preparing a smartphone for MWC 2018. Maybe they had in mind just the model Sharp FS8018, which by the output will get a more normal name, and most likely, even will go with the Android Oreo OS out of the box. Also it is not clear what form factor will be chosen for its novelty in Sharp. But based on the fact that the company is famous for its frameless models, we expect such an apparatus. The main competitors of the future novelty can now be called the Nokia 7 and Moto X4 models - these devices also have a Snapdragon 630 processor.
