No Xiaomi: Omdia has named the best-selling smartphones of 2023
Analytical company Omdia has published a rating of the best-selling smartphones worldwide by the end of the first half of 2023. And, as it turned out, buyers choose not budget phones, but models of the premium segment.
Here's What We Know
The best-selling smartphone was the top-of-the-line iPhone 14 Pro Max, priced from $1099 to $1599 depending on configuration. Apple sold 26.5 million units of the iPhone 14 Pro Max worldwide in the first half of the year.
Interestingly, the first four of the rating is fully occupied by Apple gadgets - even the smartphone of the last generation iPhone 13 got here. At the same time in the top ten there are no Xiaomi devices - only Apple and Samsung smartphones.
