Convinced that the problem still exists, the servicemen apologized, referred to the problem in the operation of the front camera and replaced the iPhone X with a new one. But the fresh device did the same thing - his Face ID system was mistaken for a colleague at work, although they are not alike. Then the Chinese woman once again went to the service center and returned the second iPhone X, and she was given money without problems. What kind of smartphone the girl will choose now remains a mystery, but it's unlikely to be Apple's device.
