LG has been working with Google for some time on a premium column for managing a smart home with voice commands.

The product will boast a built-in voice assistant from Google and Amazon Alexa, high-quality sound, the ability to control the technology of third-party manufacturers, as well as a line of devices for a smart home of its own production ThinQ. The ThinQ range includes fluorescent lamps, door locks, thermostats, soundbars and large appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines and robotic vacuum cleaners.

Also, at CES 2018, which will begin on January 9th, in addition to the smart column, the company will present several conventional audio devices: the Dolby Atmos SK10Y sound panel and the PK series of portable speakers with high-quality sound. At the end of the summer LG announced that all "smart" devices of the company will be compatible with Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and LG Deep ThinQ's own intellectual voice platform.
