Google signed an agreement with the Chinese company Tencent Holdings Ltd on the licensing of patents. The search giant is looking for ways to return to the Chinese market. After all, since 2010 all services of the company are blocked on the territory of China.

Prior to this, Google signed similar agreements with companies such as Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics and Cisco Systems Inc. Tencent became the first Chinese company on this list. For the last year, the Corporation of Good tried in every possible way to return to the market of the Celestial Empire, opening various research centers for artificial intelligence and investing money in Chinese projects. For example, to the company Chushou (analogue to YouTube Gaming).

The agreement with Tencent Holdings Ltd seems quite logical, because the Chinese technology company owns the third largest social network in the world of Qzone, the WeChat application, the payment system and the largest platform in China for games and streaming.
