The new flagship ZTE will be called Axon 9
Many fans of ZTE Axon 7 have been waiting for a long time with impatience when the company announces the receiver. During the presentation of the world's first folding smartphone Axon M in China, ZTE CEO Cheng Lixin announced that the next flagship will be named Axon 9, not Axon 8, as previously thought.
In November 2017, ZTE ceased production of the Axon 7 and announced that the new flagship is already under development. Despite the fact that ZTE Axon 7 is no longer for sale, it was released beta version of Android 8.0 Oreo . Final firmware is expected in the second quarter of 2018.
ZTE Axon 9 will compete with Samsung and Apple. It is assumed that the novelty will receive a top processor from Qualcomm, a frameless screen with an aspect ratio of 18: 9. More, unfortunately, there is no information.
