Even before the official presentation of the iPhone 15, some analysts predicted that the older iPhone 15 Pro models will be in short supply at first. Sales will start next Friday, September 22, and we can already say that this information is confirmed.

Details

Supply chain analyst Ming-Chi Kuo says that there is a strong demand for the iPhone 15 Pro Max at the pre-order acceptance stage. Its figures have already surpassed the demand for the iPhone 14 Pro Max in the same period last year. At the same time, the demand for iPhone 15 Pro is still weaker than the iPhone 14 Pro, which means that buyers are more interested in the Pro Max.

On top of that, the iPhone 15 Pro Max entered mass production later than other models in the lineup. As a result, all of this has led to long delays in shipments of the device. For example, now in the United States, some configurations of the iPhone 15 Pro Max will begin to supply buyers only in November.

By the way, according to the analyst, the demand for iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus remains at about the same level as last year's models.
