Members of the Ukrainian Defence Forces have created an improvised multiple rocket launcher. An ordinary civilian SUV is used as a chassis.

Here's What We Know

The launcher is an aircraft system LAU-131. Usually it is equipped with helicopters and aircraft. Nevertheless, the Ukrainian military managed to fix the missile launcher in the boot of the SUV.

LAU-131 has seven tubes for launching US Hydra 70 unguided rockets of 70 mm calibre. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also use a guided version of the Hydra 70 called the Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System (APKWS).
