Huawei has announced huge 4K Smart Screen V5 Pro TVs with Super Mini LED panels and 120Hz frame rate, priced from $3425

Huawei introduced two TVs of Smart Screen V5 Pro series. The models differ in size, number of backlight zones, brightness and cost.

Here's What We Know

The updated Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro range is available in two sizes: 85" и 98". Regardless of the diagonal, each TV received a Super Mini LED panel in 4K ULTRA HD (3840 x 2160 pixels) format.

The 85" model has 576 backlight zones, while the 98" version has 432 more. Brightness is 1600 nits and 2000 nits, respectively. Both screens support a 120Hz refresh rate and cover 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.

The hardware platform is built around the new Hunghu 900 chip. The RAM is 6GB and the internal storage capacity is 64GB. Wi-Fi adapter and Ethernet port are provided to connect to the Internet. Also new products have HDMI 2.1 and USB-A 3.0.

The Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro has a 3.1.2 speaker system. The bass speaker has a power of 30 W, and a pair of high-frequency speakers - 10 W each. The TVs also have three wideband speakers. The total power of the speaker system is approximately 100 watts.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The new panels will be available for purchase in the Chinese market from 28 September 2023. The Huawei Smart Screen V5 Pro has been priced at $3425 and $5070 depending on the diagonal. The TVs are powered by the company's proprietary HarmonyOS 4.0 operating system.
