ZTE Axon 7 began to receive a stable version of Android 8.0 Oreo

Recently we wrote that the smartphone ZTE Axon 7 received a beta version of Android 8.0 Oreo , and now the manufacturer has announced a stable firmware, but so far only for the Chinese version of the smartphone.

What changed

Axon 7 received a new version of the shell ZTE - MiFavor 5.2, which is based on the operating system Android 8.0. With the update, changed the interface, improved the speed of the device, added new features and capabilities of the operating system Oreo.

Recall that ZTE Axon 7 was introduced back in 2016. The device received a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 2K, a Snapdragon 820 processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM, Quick Charge 3.0 charging, USB Type C and stereo speakers.

When to expect

The update is already available for download. Unfortunately, so far there is no information about stable firmware for the European or American version of the smartphone.
