With the development of technology, computers have learned to cope with difficult tasks - 3D modeling, layout and video editing. People who are doing this on a professional level want maximum productivity. Microsoft decided to take into account the wishes of such users and prepared a new mode for Windows 10.

What is known

The company announced that Ultimate Performance mode will appear in Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 1710. It is designed for true workaholics who want to squeeze all the juices out of their PC. It turns on quite simply: go to the "Control Panel", select "Power Supply" and set the "Maximum Performance" mode. I note that the mode works only on Pro iterations of Windows 10.

Keep in mind that high power requires increased power consumption and cooling. The function is available only on the PC and in the future some manufacturers will turn this mode out of the box. Owners of laptops and tablets on the "top ten" this mode is not available. Microsoft suggested that this is a temporary inconvenience.
