Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+: a line of tablets with screens up to 12.4″, 90Hz, IP68 protection and S Pen support
In addition to the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone, Samsung also revealed a new line of tablets: the Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+.
Here's What We Know
The Galaxy Tab S9 FE gets a 10.9" screen, while the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ gets a 12.4" screen. Both models have an IPS matrix with support for refresh rates up to 90Hz. The new products feature IP68 water resistance, AKG speakers with Dolby Atmos technology, and an Exynos 1380 processor paired with 6/8/12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The devices come with a microSD slot up to 1TB. The new products have 5G support (optional) and Samsung's DeX feature. The gadgets support working with the branded S Pen stylus.
Galaxy Tab S9 FE is powered by an 8000 mAh battery, and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ - 10090 mAh. The new products are charged with a 45W power supply. Unfortunately, it will have to be purchased separately. As for the cameras, the devices got 12 MP front sensors and 8 MP main sensors. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ also has an additional 8 MP wide-angle camera. Out of the box, the devices run Android 13 operating system and One UI 5.1.1 shell.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Samsung will start selling the novelties in the near future. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE will cost in Europe from €529 and the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ from €699.
