Telegram has another problem

Telegram crashed. For a while, users lost access to the messenger.

Users began to complain about the problem around 15:00 Kyiv time. Failures were observed in Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Ukraine and Russia. The site DownDetector confirmed that in these countries the application is not available.
Later in the official Twitter account Telegram reported that the work of the messenger was restored by 99%.
