HP Envy x2 with Windows 10 and Snapdragon 835 is available for pre-orders
A new HP laptop - Envy x2 with Windows 10 on board and ARM processor is already available for pre-orders.
What is inside
HP Envy x2 is a 12.3-inch laptop that turns into a tablet with a light hand. The device is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 with video accelerator Adreno 540. RAM is delivered 4 GB, and for data storage - 128 GB.
Among the wireless networks are seen: Bluetooth 5.0, 802.11ac Wi-Fi and LTE. Envy x2 is friendly with USB 3.1, Type-C, Jack 3.5 mm, and also supports microSD cards. The sound is answered by the dynamics made in partnership with Bang & Olufsen.
The laptop has two cameras. The main camera is equipped with a sensor for 13 megapixels, but the front camera is 5 megapixels. You can watch the footage on a 12.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1280.
Out of the box, the system is controlled by Windows 10 S, which can be upgraded to the Pro iteration for free. It is worth considering that Windows 10 on ARM processors will be slightly stripped down.
Design
HP pushed all the techno well into a compact 7-millimeter case weighing 1.5 kg. Energy Efficiency Snapdragon 835 supports the battery, is capable of playing HD video up to 19 hours in a row. There is also a quick charge, which will fill the battery from 0% to 90% for an hour and a half.

For pre-order HP Envy x2 you will be asked to $ 1000. The official start of sales is scheduled for March 9.
