After the presentation of their flagships Samsung has only to update the younger J-series. The company has already introduced the most affordable smartphone line Galaxy J2 (2018) , and other models so far only flicker in the benchmarks. So, in the results of the Geekbench test, the device with the index SM-J600F was recently discovered - it's Galaxy J6.

What kind of beast is that?

Samsung Galaxy J6 (2018) is the successor of the Galaxy J5 (2017), which is also noticeable in terms of performance. The gadget is built on the same eight-core chipset Exynos 7870 with a clock speed of 1.6 GB and is equipped with 2 GB of RAM. The results in Geekbench are also comparable to last year's model. It seems that the smartphone is waiting for a relatively small update.

The novelty is running the operating system Android 8.0 Oreo. The ruler of 2018 also includes models Galaxy J4 and Galaxy J8 , but when Samsung is going to release new items - is unknown. The previous generation was officially introduced only in early June.
