Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun wrote a post in the Weibo social network that the camera of the Chinese version of Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 will be a surprise. Maybe it's about Redmi Note 5 Pro, because Redmi Note 5 in China is sold under the name Redmi 5 Plus. The CEO, unfortunately, did not disclose the exact specifications of the camera. But we recall that the Indian version of the smartphone received a dual main module of 12 Mp + 5 Mp and a front camera of 20 Mp. In addition, it has a 5.99-inch display, a Snapdragon 636 chip and a 4000 mAh battery.
