Devices running Android have always attracted malevolent hackers from the network. Theft of personal data, money and even mining on smartphones through malicious sites is common.

The problem needs to be solved

In early March, Google reported that during the Android Security Bulletin, vulnerabilities were discovered that affect the security of Android-based smartphones. The company promised that this problem will be fixed in the future update.

Fortunately, we did not have to wait and the search company began to update the Pixel and Nexus smartphones in March. The patchout says that the update contains details for improving the security and functionality of the devices and corrects the vulnerabilities found before 05.03.2018. The update is available for the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Pixel and Pixel Xl, Pixel 2, as well as Pixel 2 XL.
