It's official: Xiaomi will unveil HyperOS operating system at a presentation on 26 October

Xiaomi, after weeks of rumours and leaks, has announced the launch date for the company's proprietary operating system.

According to the manufacturer's official teaser on Weibo, the HyperOS release will take place this Thursday - 26 October.

According to the leaks, HyperOS will get a revamped look, new features, improved lock screen settings, a new font and more. The Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro flagships will be the first to get the new OS. Incidentally, the smartphones are also expected to be shown at the event.
