Rumour: Xiaomi is working on a foldable smartphone MIX Fold 4, the novelty will be released in the global market

Xiaomi has been manufacturing its MIX Fold foldable smartphones exclusively in China for generations now. It looks like that will change with the release of the new model.

Here's What We Know

According to a report from the GSMChina portal, the Chinese manufacturer is working on a new foldable smartphone Xiaomi MIX Fold 4. Unlike the current versions of the devices, the novelty will be sold on the global market. This is hinted at by the model number of the gadget 2405CPX3DG (G means Global), which was spotted in the IMEI database.

Unfortunately, no specs of the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 are available yet. We can only assume that the gadget will get a new top-end Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a battery with fast charging, as well as a Leica main camera. The device will be released in the first half of 2024.
