Dondoko Fun Island: the developers of Like a Dragon Infinite Wealth have unveiled a special location for additional Animal Crossing-style activities

At the Xbox Partner Preview show, publisher Sega and studio Ryu Ga Gotoku unveiled a new trailer for Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.

Here's What We Know

The trailer is dedicated to additional activities that will be available on a special location - Dondoko Island.

Players will get access to this location in the sixth chapter. There will not be any story quests, as this area is set aside exclusively for outside entertainment.

In concept, the activities on Dondoko are reminiscent of the popular Animal Crossing game, in which gamers are invited to settle in a quiet place, set up a house and a plot of land, get to know the locals and have fun. As Yakuza (now Like a Dragon) series is famous for a huge number of side activities, gamers will always find something fun to do in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.

The two main characters ofthe game will be Ichiban Kasuga, the protagonist of the last part, and Kazuma Kiryu, who is familiar to the fans of the franchise and who failed to quit his life of crime.

In Infinite Wealth, players will find themselves not only in Japan, but also in Hawaii, where Ichiban will go in search of his mother.

When We Can Expect It

Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth will release on 26 January 2024 on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One.
