Denmark to give Ukraine new military aid package with T-72EA tanks and BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles worth $525m

Ukraine will soon receive the 13th military aid package from Denmark. This was announced by the Ministry of Defence of the Scandinavian country.

The amount of the new military aid package for Ukraine is estimated at $525m (3.7bn Danish kroner). It will include BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles, T-72EA tanks, drones, artillery ammunition, small arms and armoured engineer recovery vehicles.

Information about the supply of tanks to Ukraine appeared several weeks ago. Earlier, Denmark transferred Leopard 1A5 tanks to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and next year will begin deliveries of fourth-generation F-16 Fighting Falcon fighters.
