The success of Remedy: Alan Wake 2 received 8.6 points from players on Metacritic

We wrote that players highly appreciated Alan Wake 2. In the Epic Games Store and PlayStation Store, the game received 4.8 out of 5. Now, the player ratings on Metacritic are also high.

Here's What We Know

On Metacritic, players rate the game on a 10-point scale, and Alan Wake 2 received an 8.6. Only 12% of reviews are negative, and another 5% are mixed. And 84% of gamers say that Remedy has released one of the best games of this year. The only negative aspects of the positive reviews are visual bugs and poor localisation of some languages, including Ukrainian.

So now we can confidently say that the Finnish studio has managed to create a game that critics and players liked, and the 13 years of waiting were worth it.
