PUBG for iOS and Android went beyond Asia

PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds reached mobile devices in the US.

What is known

Mobile PUBG is available for download to iOS and Android users. The game has already been released in Asia, and last week it reached Canada. Accelerated release in the US can be associated with the announcement of the "Royal Battle" Fortnite for smartphones.

PUBG for Android and iOS copies iteration for large platforms, but the graphics had to be lowered to the slats of mobile devices. The port was developed by the Chinese company Tencent, which owns WeChat and finances the League of Legend.

The fight for mobile audiences

Fortnite, the main competitor PUBG only plans its release on mobile platforms. Now the game is in the closed beta stage on iOS. The game developer Epic Games promises a full version with cross-platform multiplayer on smartphones and consoles.
