Anton Castillo says goodbye: Ubisoft is ending content support for Far Cry 6

Far Cry 6 was released in October 2021, and in that time Ubisoft has released quite a few add-ons and content updates, as well as several events and collaborations.

But nothing lasts forever, and Ubisoft has announced an important decision.

The developer has announced that Far Cry 6 support will be discontinued.

All previously released content and online features will be available to gamers, but nothing new will no longer appear in the game.

The developers thanked the public for their interest in Far Cry 6. Probably, Ubisoft's game designers will fully switch to creating a new part of the series, about which some interesting information has recently appeared.

Thanks to the millions of players who joined the fight! Your adventures can continue in Yara w/o interruption of online services however, the dev team will no longer be making updates to Far Cry 6.
