Meizu has not even announced a presentation of the "anniversary" Meizu 15 line, but we already know what the new smartphones will look like and what should be expected from the point of view of the characteristics. As if that was not enough, insiders published spy photos of older models.

They go their own way

The pictures show the standard Meizu 15 and the large Meizu 15 Plus. Both smartphones received screens with a 16: 9 aspect ratio, although even the mid-range in the M-series are already equipped with elongated displays. The frames are thin only on the sides, and a round button with a fingerprint scanner appeared from below - this reminds Meizu MX4 and other flagships of the company of past years. The front camera and the dual module on the back side are clearly centered for symmetry, the flash is circular. The body of the gadgets is all-metal, the Plus version and the younger Meizu 15 Lite besides the glossy versions will have a matt back cover. Pay attention to the unusual design of the antenna splitters:

Meizu 15 Plus received 5.95-inch QHD display Super AMOLED, eight-core processor Samsung Exynos 8895, 4/6 GB of operating and 64/128 GB of internal memory. The capacity of the battery is 3430 mAh. 3.5-mm connector removed (symmetry - it's good, but not when it's done to the detriment of other functions).

Meizu 15 got a 5.46-inch AMOLED-screen with Ful HD-resolution, and the heart of the smartphone, apparently, will be the eight-core Snapdragon 660. Expect versions with 4/6 GB of operating and 64/128 GB of internal memory. Battery for 2940 mAh. The main camera of both flagships consists of 12 and 20 megapixel modules and supports threefold optical zoom, the front camera is 20-megapixel. Users of the company's smartphones can start to study the photo for differences between Flyme 6 and the new version of the Flyme 7 shell.

When the announcement?

The presentation of the new products of the Meizu 15 series, timed to the company's 15th anniversary, will be held this month. In some moments, smartphones are inferior to competitors' flagships. The company understands this and plans to present the top model Meizu 16 in August.
