Apple hired a former head of development of artificial intelligence in Google John Gianandrea.

Apple has long been trying to reason with their own artificial intelligence, and the transition of Gianandrea is a great success. According to The New York Times, the AI expert will be subordinate to Apple CEO Tim Cook, and will play the role of the leader of "machine learning and AI strategy."
