Fitbit in partnership with Google is working on worn-out equipment of the "new level"

According to the publication EconomicTimes, the popular manufacturer of portable equipment Fitbit works with Google to improve the tracking of fitness and health indicators.

What is known

Recently, Fitbit announced that it will now use the Google Healthcare API to transfer health indicators to electronic medical records for doctors (EMR). This will allow doctors to better monitor their patients and prematurely diagnose diseases. In addition, the manufacturer said that their partnership will bring portable electronics to a new level. It is likely that soon we will be able to see their joint product.

In the dry residue

The last year for both companies was unsuccessful. Fitbit was difficult to compete with such giants as Samsung and Apple. And Google has not been able to turn the Android Wear system (now WearOS ) into a worthy competitor, watchOS and Tizen. But thanks to such a collaboration, everything can change for the better.
