Detective Mouse fights corruption: gameplay trailer of Mouse, a noir shooter inspired by 1930s cartoons, is presented
What games in the style of the 1930s do players know? Mafia I and Cuphead come to mind, and it's hard to think of anything else. But now Mouse is under development, which is also created in the style of the 30s and attracts the audience. And on 12 December, Fumi Games showed the new gameplay of the game.
Here's What We Know
Mouse is a noir first-person shooter. The authors were inspired by classic cartoons of the 1930s. We play as a private detective travelling through a city that is plagued by chaos, gangsterism, and corruption.
To make the city better, you will have to use an arsenal of weapons, power-ups, and explosives.
IGN has published a gameplay trailer of the game, where battles take place in different locations with the use of an assault rifle, shotgun, sniper rifle, revolver, dynamite, and even a finger that can shoot.
The main characters, by the way, are very reminiscent of Mickey Mouse, and it is clear that the developers were most focused on Disney products of those years.
When We Can Expect It
Release is planned for 2025 on PC (Steam)
