Microsoft introduced Surface Hub 2: 4K-screen at 50.5 inches, Windows 10 and corporate applications

Microsoft has announced the release of a new monoblock for the office called Surface Hub 2. The device is a follower of the Surface Hub model, which was released in 2015.

Microsoft Surface Hub 2 is a huge frameless 50.5 inch display with 4K + resolution and a 3: 2 aspect ratio. The device is equipped with a 4K-camera for video communication, and also mounted on a wall, placed on a special stand or connected to other screens to increase its diagonal. According to the company representatives, the novelty is light and flexible, so it is convenient to carry it to different places of the office, to the conference halls, the offices of the chiefs and so on.

Monoblock Microsoft Surface Hub 2 runs on Windows 10. There is support for the function Windows Hello to start the system with a fingerprint or a glance. It is possible to work with several accounts and corporate programs Teams, Whiteboard and Office 365.

When and how much should I wait

Office computer Microsoft Surface Hub 2 will be available for corporate customers as early as 2019. When any novelty can buy a novelty, its price, characteristics and exact release date are still unknown.
